While taking care of routine day-to-day health needs, our functional medicine approach differs from a traditional family practice. We consider the whole person and view healthcare from a preventive mindset.
Patients in Ohio and Kentucky rely on AIW for preventive care, as well as management of medical conditions, including medications and nutritional support as needed. We also address infections, toxicities, and nutritional factors.

New Patient Appointment

**THIS IS NOT A ZOOM APPOINTMENT TYPE** This is a free, 10-15 minute phone call with one of our providers, for new patients, to determine if they would like a new patient appointment. You can go over general concerns and reasons for coming to the practice with the provider, you will not get into health specifics and plan of care during this appointment type.

This appointment type is for established patients only.
**Please note that Jodi only takes Zoom/Phone call appointments on Fridays. If you schedule an in-person appointment with Jodi for a Friday, it will be rescheduled. Jodi also never sees patients in the Loveland location**
The one hour appointments are best for multiple concerns/diagnoses being addressed, normally there will be a lab review during this appointment type.

The half hour appointments are best for 1-3 concerns/diagnoses being addressed, sometimes there will be a lab review during this appointment type. **No more than 1 set of blood work or 1 specialty test kit can be reviewed during a half hour appointment**This type is also appropriate for a single concern that has not been addressed before, or a few general questions related to your health and wellness.

Follow up Appointment

**Please only schedule a zoom on Friday's if you are Jodi's patient**
This is a zoom follow up appointment. You will get the zoom link in the email confirming your appointment, and in your reminder email that will be sent to you shortly before your appointment.
This appointment type is for established patients only.

These appointments are phone call follow ups. At the time of your scheduled appointment your practitioner will call you. Please note that they might be running behind but they will call you as soon as they can.

Phone Call Follow up Appointment

This appointment is for the placement of bio-identical hormone replacement pellets for established patients only. If you have done lab work only for hormone levels, those may also be briefly addressed during this appointment type. 
If you have a full set of labs to review that include concerns other than hormones, you will need to make a separate 30-60 minute appointment to review those labs.
