Our approach looks beyond symptoms to understand the root causes affecting mental and emotional health. Using functional medicine principles alongside evidence-based treatments, we

We provide the same evidence-based diagnostic and
treatment tools as a traditional office. The difference is our broader, whole-person approach that also explores underlying biological, lifestyle, and environmental factors such as genetics, nutrition, sleep, stress, and inflammation to support more personalized and sustainable mental health care.

Psychiatric New Patient Appointment

** This appointment type is meant for established patients only**
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy technique designed to help people heal from distressing life experiences. It works by having your therapist briefly focus on a traumatic memory while simultaneously engaging in bi-lateral stimulation. This is usually eye-movements, taps, or sounds. It is non-invasive, and will help the brain reprocess memories more quickly than traditional talk therapy.

** This is a virtual appointment type, please note that you must be seen at least once a year in-person. This appointment is meant for established patients only**
