Phone Call Follow up Appointment
Description
These appointments are phone call follow ups. At the time of your scheduled appointment your practitioner will call you. Please note that they might be running behind but they will call you as soon as they can. This appointment type is for established patients only. The one hour appointments are best for multiple concerns/diagnoses being addressed, normally there will be a lab review during this appointment type. The half hour appointments are best for 1-3 concerns/diagnoses being addressed, sometimes there will be a lab review during this appointment type. This type is also appropriate for a single concern that has not been addressed before, or a few general questions related to your health and wellness.
