Zoom Follow Up Appointment
Description
**Please only schedule a zoom on Friday's if you are Jodi's patient, or Wednesday's if you are April's** This is a zoom follow up appointment. You will get the zoom link in the email confirming your appointment, and in your reminder email that will be sent to you shortly before your appointment. This appointment type is for established patients only. The one hour appointments are best for multiple concerns/diagnoses being addressed, normally there will be a lab review during this appointment type. The half hour appointments are best for 1-3 concerns/diagnoses being addressed, sometimes there will be a lab review during this appointment type. **No more than 1 set of blood work or 1 specialty test kit can be reviewed during a half hour appointment** This type is also appropriate for a single concern that has not been addressed before, or a few general questions related to your health and wellness.
